With the freedom of self-catering combined with the services and facilities of a hotel, Village & Life's Camps Bay Resort is a unique hospitality concept. A centralized reception acts as a service centre which allows guests all the comforts of staying in a guest house or hotel. Guest services include daily housekeeping, concierge desk and tourist information.

Reception & Concierge	Guests are greeted and attended to by friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Our staff assist with check in's, escorting guests to their accommodation and concierge service offering tours & adventures.
Personalized Shopping	To make guests arrival as seamless as possible, we can assist with stocking their apartments with a choice of groceries and personal necessities, the service is at an additional charge and must be arranged prior to arrival.
Housekeeping	Our dedicated and supervised team provides daily (Mon-Sat) refresh service as well as linen and towel change every 4th day. On Sundays and Public holidays, housekeeping can be arranged on request at an extra charge.
Laundry and dry cleaning	Laundry and dry cleaning services are offered to all guests staying at Camps Bay Resort.
