Waterfront Village, situated on the water's edge in the picturesque V&A Waterfront Marina, next to the Cape Grace Hotel and One&Only, offers guests the sumptuousness of a hotel with the freedom of superior serviced apartments. All luxury serviced apartments are fully equipped and well appointed, including satellite television and DVD players, washing machines, tumble dryers and dishwashers.

Guests are offers the same quality of services as a luxury hotel. With over 35 staff members, including managers, drivers & handymen, we offers first-class housekeeping services, a central reception, concierge, security and luxury transfer services.| Reception & Concierge | The reception area is located at the entrance to the Waterfront Village and is a welcoming space, furnished with couches and equipped with a computer for guests' use. The front desk operates seven days a week. |

| Collect and drop off service | We offers guests the convenience of a collect and drop off service with our 4 seater golf cart. Due to the size of the property, guests luggage can be transported securely to their apartment. |
| Security | Our state of the art security system is a major feature. The Waterfront Village is one of the most secure places to stay at, with full perimeter security and CCTV, access control at two main security entrances and video monitoring of entrances from your own apartment. |
| Guest Amenities | All guests are pampered by a luxury range of guest amenities, for your convenience we supply all the basic toiletries and necessities for the first night of stay. |
| Housekeeping | The department offers guests a daily general cleaning of the apartment and every third day a full service will be done which consists of thorough cleaning of both the inside and the balconies of the apartment as well as a linen and towel change |
| Laundry Services | We offer a laundry service from Monday to Saturday at an additional cost. |
| Bicycle rentals | A selection of exclusive, tailor-made, fully guided tours and a comprehensive rental service are available through Bike & Saddle. |
