The following positions are available -

Operations Manager
The position is within a self catering environment based at our property in De Waterkant. The Village offers Reception, Concierge, Housekeeping, Laundry and Food and Beverage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operational departments, specifically aiming to improve the levels of services and standards. The candidate is required to have a proven track record in Front Office, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping and Laundry and the Kitchens. New fresh ideas and the ability to fit into a flexible environment is essential.  Strong management skills, a creative flair and a drive to get the job done will secure. Minimum requirements would a hotel management diploma and 2-3 years experience in a senior management position


Travel Consultant
The position is based within the consultant team for The Bay Hotel. The Call Centre is required to meet targets as well thereby requiring the consultants to upsell the properties. The ideal candidate would have a friendly and helpful disposition on the telephone and have strong administrative skills. Minimum requirements for this position are minimum one years experience in a hotel or self catering environment and have full knowledge on the popular tourist attractions. The consultants are required to book and plan the dream holiday or efficient business trip to clients.


Accountant
The position is based at The Bay Hotel, Camps Bay. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years experience, be able  to do accounting up to trial balance, prepare financial statements for the auditors and have Pastel knowledge. It is important to have the attention to detail, be involved and understand the business and be willing to travel to the different properties.


Human Resource Administrator
We are looking for an energetic and self motivated individual to fulfill this multi faceted portfolio. The position is based at The Bay Hotel in Camps Bay. Your portfolio will include, but is not limited to, Daily HR administration, Leave administration, Wages and Salaries, Interviews, Labour Relations and Staff Welfare. Minimum requirements for the position is a HR Diploma and a drivers license with own transport.

Restaurant Supervisors
The Bay Hotel seeks vibrant and career driven individuals looking to start building their future in the Food and Beverage Department. Must have the drive for long hours to work towards complete guest satisfaction. Minimum requirements for the position are 1-2 years experience in the Food and Beverage department or a Food and Beverage Diploma.


Waitrons/Barmen/Hostess
Join the fun and excitement in Camps Bay this season. Earn good money and meet people from all walks of life. Well presented, bubbly and able to live and sell our products will secure you a position that offers many rewards.
